It's a cult classic for a reason. While I personally love the game, it has some problems holding back. The inventory can get a bit hectic, as key items take up inventory slots leaving less room for useful items for healing, dealing damage, etc. Some parts of the game do have some nasty difficulty spikes making it seem more like luck to pass certain areas, and some enemy spawn rates can be just brutal. It's still an amazing experience that I'd highly recommend though.
