Here's my current Kappa progress in Escape from Tarkov's current wipe (v0.15.0.0). So all of these quests must be complete before getting the Collector quest from Fence that rewards you with the largest in-game secure container and the DEADSKUL armband. In addition to that, you have to collect all the streamer items shown in this list. I currently have 31/39 of those.
