If you want to become an honorable knight or a chad sharpshooter in my army, you first have to survive the "Peasant Trials". It means that you'll be first in line to charge against enemy units with your pitchfork until you can be promoted. Only the strongest peasants may join their brothers on horses or with crossbows.
