Have you noticed how Diablo 4 has some of the most useless affixes? /u/bean_barrage posted this in /r/diablo4 subreddit and I found it funny. Of course, it makes sense to have these filler stats so that it makes it more difficult and time-consuming to farm your best-in-slot items. Therefore making you play more and longer before you'll quit playing. It's still pretty funny how demotivating it is to see an item that would otherwise be good, but to have unreplaceable Life per Second stat. It's plain useless. For example, 200 Life per Second fills a 1,000 health bar in five seconds. But at 100,000 max health? It takes eight minutes! β³ It's been a hot topic for a while now. Also in the PTR. Will be interesting to see if and how Blizzard responds. π #Diablo4 #GameChange #PlayerFeedback #GamingCommunity #BuffLifePerSecond
Recently there was a new discovery in Diablo IV! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U9rykU4VjR8 A player found a new in-game item called "Ring of Misfortune" by first receiving a Lucky Coin from a dead body in Scosglen. He then threw the coin in a wishing well found in the area and after a meteor rain, it appeared. It seems to have okayish stats, but it has a lucky hit chance to reduce all of your resource pool. π And that's not all. It cannot be sold, traded or destroyed so it will remain on your character for good. Is this continuation for the cow level in Dialbo 4? We do not know yet, but I'm eager to see what follows. That's not surely the whole story!
π₯ Diablo 4 Season 5: A Hellishly Good Time! π₯ Iβve been diving into Diablo 4βs Season 5 a bit, and it seems like they've really improved the already-good Season 4! π The new features are an absolute blast. Especially the Infernal Hordes, which is also the new end-game content in addition to Artificers' Pit from Season 4. From the fresh content and lore to the tweaks in gameplay mechanics, Blizzard has really outdone themselves this time. The balance changes have added more depth to different character builds, making more classes and specs usable and more impactful. π‘οΈπ₯ World bosses are no longer oneshottable, which makes them feel more meaningful and it seems like better loot is now easier to get, but still nowhere near easy. It takes probably hundreds of hours to find your best-in-slot gear if you're looking to min-max your character. π There is also guaranteed Greater Affix items in the Infernal Hordes after Tier 6, which is really good compared to last season's RNG-fest. π Plus, the new cosmetics are π₯βmy character has never looked better! If you havenβt jumped into Season 5 yet, I'd argue youβre missing out as a Diablo fan. Canβt wait to see what the rest of the season has in store in terms of events and loooot! π #Diablo4 #Season5 #seasonoftheinfernalhordes #Gaming #Blizzard #ARPG #hordes

π₯ Big news for Diablo 4 fans! π₯ In the recent Season 5 PTR Campfire Chat, Blizzard dropped some exciting updates for Patch 1.5.0, including changes to The Beast in the Ice! βοΈ What's new? The Beast in the Ice will no longer require a Glacial Fissure Nightmare Sigil for summoning. Instead, you'll need Distilled Fear π. Plus, the dungeon layout is shrinking, and you can now summon the boss multiple times directly from the boss arena! These quality-of-life updates should make your endgame grind much smoother π. But what about Season 4? While Patch 1.4.3 brought some balance changes, many players still find farming Boss Materials tedious. Notably, Andariel mats are a slog π΄. Fan tip alert π¨! /u/OppositeArugula3527 in Reddit shared a great strategy for farming The Beast in the Ice. Defeat the boss once, place a pin on the dungeon map, and the pin stays even after resetting the dungeon. This lets you go straight to the boss for another kill, saving loads of time. β° π₯ What are your thoughts on the upcoming changes in PTR Patch 1.5.0? World bosses will be more resilient in Diablo 4 season 5! Just read the patch notes for PTR Patch 1.5.0 after watching this weekβs Diablo 4 Season 5 Campfire Chat and there seems to be a highly anticipated change coming to world bosses. People have been complaining that world bosses make currently no sense as they're getting oneshot even at Torment difficulty. This will change in the next season, but we do not know how yet. Maybe they'll buff the stats of the bosses or nerf the players' damage while in boss zones? We shall see! #DiabloIV #Diablo #Season5 #WorldBosses #Torment #CampfireChat #PTR #Diablo4
Someone just got a 4 GA (Greater Affix) Shako AKA Harlequin Crest in Diablo 4 season 4. The luck of some people has no limits! π€― #jealous #diablo4 #season4 #seasonoflootreborn #lootreborn #shako #harlequincrest
Blizzard attempted to rework (read: nerf) the Elixir Of Holy Bolts in Diablo 4, but apparently they destroyed it entirely. Some people in Reddit claimed that it's okay for open world, but not usable in NMDs or The Pit anymore. Apparently they've now disabled the Holy Bolt Elixir for the time being as they're working on a fix to make it act as intended. We'll see how it goes! Oh, and apparently the Artificers' Pit is also a lot easier now than before. Should give it a shot again! #Diablo #Diablo4 #SeasonOfLootReborn #ElixirOfHolyBolts #Nerf #Pit
People liked the features the goblin anniversary event brought: 1. Goblins dropping treasure bags 2. Cursed greed shrines spawning loads of goblins 3. Goblin packs But on the other hand, people are complaining that these things should be part of the normal game instead of just appearing during the event. The event was found to be a bit underwhelming all in all. Too little goblins it seems!
π¨ PezRadar posted an update regarding Diablo 4 mid-season update and Season 5 PTR yesteday π¨ First of all, apparently we can expect more information on July 18 when they will do a deep dive into the Spiritborn class coming with the expansion.β The next update hitting Season 4 will be the mid-season patch. Usually such patches include a ton of significant updates to the game related to class balance and more. The patch notes for the mid-season update (Patch 1.4.3) are coming this Friday (June 14) and the update itself will be released sometime next week. π On the following Friday (June 21) they will talk about the next season in Season 5 PTR Campfire Chat. π So first mid-season patch, then PTR for season 5. π
